(PINKSHEETS:SMKG) CEO Massimo Barone said, "We are pleased with the current results as transactions continue to sustain the 3000 level for the weekends and 300 to 400 transactions daily. The average transaction is between $40.00 to $90.00 generating fee's of an average $.90 USD per transaction.
The Prepaid card segment continues to also rise as activations have become steady at 35 to 50 daily with 3 new online merchants beginning in January 2009 generating an additional $6.00 to $8.00 USD per activation. Additionally prepaid cards generate royalties from ongoing transactions month after month which we estimate to be an average of $2.00 to $2.80 per card active."
