Stealth Energy Inc. is pleased to announce that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units at a price of $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000.
VANCOUVER, BC, March 24, 2010 /Stock Market PR News/ -- Stealth Energy Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units at a price of $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional share at a price of $0.25 share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance. A finder's fee may be paid to agents of the Company in an amount of up to 10% of the proceeds raised by such agents as part of this offering of units. The proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital.
