Steven joined Trust in 1998 as Senior Investment Manager. Prior to his employment with Trust, he worked for 8 years with Legal & General as an Australian equity portfolio manager. Steven is responsible for managing Trust Funds' Australian equity portfolios. This role includes implementation and refinement of the investment process, portfolio strategy, stock selection, equity dealing and compliance.
Over the past nine years, Steven has been the prime developer of Trust Funds' robust investment process. As the investment arm of a Trustee company, this process encapsulates the investment philosophy of the company's origins which is a balance between maximizing income and preserving and increasing capital.
During his educational career, Steven earned an Honors Science degree from Melbourne University. In the time away from his busy schedule, Mr. Marsh enjoys playing tennis and motor racing.
